# Webové servery Apache a nginx vedou, ale jejich podíl klesá

V celosvětovém měřítku jsou nejpoužívanějšími webovými servery Apache a nginx. Dohromady mají přes 76% podíl (data jsou k 3.4.2025, zdroj [Build With](https://trends.builtwith.com/web-server/traffic/Entire-Internet?ref=vojtechkral.cz)). Tyto hodnoty byly získány z více než 135 milionů webových stránek.

Pokud výběr zúžíme na TOP 10k webových stránek, [Apache](https://httpd.apache.org/?ref=vojtechkral.cz) a [nginx](https://nginx.org/?ref=vojtechkral.cz) mají dokonce 82% a vypadá to, že jejich pozice je neochvějná.

## Přichází éra větší diverzifikace a nových řešení

Přibližně v roce 2020 přišel zlom v používání [Apache webového serveru](https://httpd.apache.org/?ref=vojtechkral.cz). Jeho maximum u sledovaných TOP 1m stránek bylo něco přes 325 tisíc. Od tohoto okamžiku jeho podíl klesá.

Mohli bychom si myslet, že se lidé přesouvají spíše ke konkurenčnímu [nginxu](https://nginx.org/?ref=vojtechkral.cz), ale není tomu tak docela pravda. Sice do roku 2023 zvyšoval svůj podíl, ale poté také [najel na klesající trend](https://trends.builtwith.com/Web-Server/nginx?ref=vojtechkral.cz). Pokud dva **nejužívanější webové servery ztrácí svůj podíl**, na jaké řešení se přesouvají?

## Situace v Česku je konzervativnější

Zatímco ve světě se nové systémy už nějakou dobu prosazují, u nás je přechod pozvolný. [Apache](https://httpd.apache.org/?ref=vojtechkral.cz) a [nginx](https://nginx.org/?ref=vojtechkral.cz) k dubnu 2025 mají přes 85% podíl mezi webovými servery. Přes 5 % si stále drží Microsoft se svým IIS.

Byť je u projektů [Litespeed](https://trends.builtwith.com/Web-Server/LiteSpeed?ref=vojtechkral.cz) a jemu podobných analogická jako ve světě, také jsou častěji nasazovány, nejčastěji se setkáme s hostingy Apache a nginx. Je to nepružnost, kvůli které se **české weby stěhují k zahraničním poskytovatelům**.
